The Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, a diocese of the Orthodox Church in America, is under the omophorion of The Most Reverend Mark (Maymon), Archbishop of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania.

The Department of Youth Ministries of the Diocese of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania is dedicated to fostering the spiritual growth and development of Orthodox Christian youth. Under the guidance of the Diocesan Hierarch, the Youth Ministries program focuses on creating opportunities for young people to deepen their faith, build lasting relationships, and engage in meaningful activities that support their journey in Christ. Through a variety of programs, including Summer Camp and Teen Retreats, the Youth Ministries work to cultivate a strong sense of community and spiritual renewal among the youth of the Diocese.
As His Eminence Archbishop Mark has said, “Through the program our youth not only learn about their faith, have fellowship with other Orthodox youth, but have the opportunity to develop lifelong relationships. These relationships and their experience help solidify their relationship to Christ and the Church.” Through programs including Summer Camp and Teen Retreats, Youth Ministries seeks to foster precisely these relationships while cultivating a strong sense of Orthodox Christian community, fellowship, and spiritual renewal among the youth of the Diocese.
